I’m a lover of people, their stories, and building relationships. The Simple Truth Podcast was born from a place of wanting to understand and get tactical knowledge about people as they find themselves in the middle of their journey.

All too often society encourages early beginnings and celebrates victorious endings but where’s the hype for the middle?! This podcast does exactly that, hyping, understanding, unpacking, and ultimately cherishing what it means to be in the middle of the journey of life.
